- Play local music files (supports multiple audio formats)
- Create and manage playlists
- Sync music from system music library
- Add music to the app through Files app
- Extract audio files from links (membership feature, with free trial usage)
- Set cover images for music
- Lock screen and background playback
2.2 Service Features
- All music files are stored locally on your device and not uploaded to servers
- No account registration required, automatic login
- No ad interruptions
- Core features are free to use
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 Your Rights
- Use all free features of this app
- Independently choose whether to purchase membership services
- Manage and delete your local music data
- Uninstall this app at any time
3.2 Your Obligations
- Music files you add to the app should be legally obtained content
- Do not use this app for illegal activities
- Do not use this app to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Do not crack membership features through illegal means
- When using the link extraction feature, you must ensure you have legal rights to the content or have obtained authorization from the copyright holder
- You understand and agree that content obtained using the link extraction feature is for personal legal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or public distribution
4. Membership Services
4.1 Membership Features
The link extraction feature requires membership purchase. The app provides a certain number of free trial uses. Members can extract personally owned audio files into the app by pasting links.
4.2 Purchase Information
- Membership services are purchased through Apple App Store in-app purchase system
- Supports the following subscription periods (weekly/yearly) and permanent membership
- Auto-renewing subscriptions will be charged automatically within 24 hours before expiration
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in App Store account settings
4.3 Refund Policy
Membership services are managed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact App Store customer service.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright Notice
5.1 App Copyright
Software copyright, trademark rights, and other related intellectual property rights of MusicLite belong to the developer.
5.2 User Content
Copyright for music files, cover images, and other content you add to the app belongs to you or relevant rights holders. We will not upload your local files to servers.

- We cannot determine the copyright policies and terms of use of all third-party platforms. Please carefully read the service agreements of relevant platforms before use to ensure your behavior complies with platform regulations and legal requirements. It is recommended to only extract audio resources clearly marked as "public", "free", or "allowed to download".
5.4 Third-Party Platform Policy Statement
The link extraction feature of this app is a general technical tool, similar to a browser's download function. We cannot determine and do not guarantee whether content from all third-party platforms can be extracted or downloaded, as service terms and copyright policies vary by platform and may change at any time.
We strongly recommend:
- Only extract audio resources clearly marked as "public", "free", "allowed to download", or "CC0 license"
- Carefully read service agreements and copyright notices of relevant platforms before use
- Prefer well-known open audio platforms (such as Pixabay, Freesound, etc.)

- Link Source Disclaimer: The legality of links and their content provided by users shall be judged and borne by users themselves. The developer does not review or assume responsibility for link content
7. Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. After changes to the Agreement, we will notify you within the app or through other means. If you continue to use this app, it is deemed that you accept the changed Agreement.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The signing, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If disputes arise between the parties regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, they shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the people's court where the developer is located.
